Seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in the private, public, and non-profit sectors, specializing in business development, technology, cross-organizational process leadership, and senior management in organizations in Israel and abroad. Dr. Mozes career includes leading the Digital Health Implementation at Meuhedet Healthcare Services, heading Business Development division for the Jerusalem Municipality, serving as CEO of a NGO, and managing IT at Amdocs. Additionally, Dr. Mozes holds a distinguished academic background, with a PhD in Public Health (with honors) from the University of Haifa, a Harvard certification in Digital Transformation in Medicine, an MA in Public Administration (with honors) from Tel Aviv University, and a BA in Communications from the Hebrew University. She further contributes to academia by currently serving as a lecturer in the International Master's Program in Biomedicine at the Hebrew University.
Pediatrician. After her residency, Dr. Gadassi completed two and a half years of training in the field of community pediatrics in the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, Australia, under Dr. Frank Oberklaid, the center’s founder and director. In addition to her role in the organization, she also works as a community pediatrician in child development centers. As part of her role in the organization, Dr. Gadassi is responsible for building modular trainings for medical personal and other professionals, supervising the professional content and the development of significant activity channels.
Pediatrician. After her residency, Dr. Idan-Prusak completed two and a half years of training in the field of community pediatrics in the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, Australia, under Dr. Frank Oberklaid, the center’s founder and director. In addition to her role in the organization, she also works as a community pediatrician in northern Israel. As part of her role in the organization, Dr. Idan- Prusak manages all the organization’s activity in northern Israel, including training and creating relevant collaborations with professionals.
As the organization's finance and HR director, Revital brings with her rich experience in the field of finance in the third sector, both as a CPA and as a CFO. As a CPA she works with various self-employed individuals, companies and organizations. Lectures courses for directors about financial reports.
Adit has over two decades of experience working with donors, organization leaders and seniors in the business world regarding issues of development, fundraising and partnerships, including rich experience working in the third sector in various organizations and funds. Adit established Goshen's fundraising department and helped expand it. In her free time she volunteers, providing guidance and support to parents of children with special needs.
As the organization's content and development director, Noa is responsible for creating, editing, and making the knowledge and content created by the organization accessible. This includes – managing the instruction development and producing learning and instruction kits, managing the online ‘How You’ve Grown!’ portal, which serves as a research-based information center for parents and professionals, managing the organization’s website, including the website for professional personnel, managing the Facebook page and the online magazine, developing publicity and advertising content, as well as professional content for various medias.
Simhi brings with her rich experience in managing partnerships, initiating and accompanying development and implementation processes in the community-social field. As the director of community and partnerships field, Simchi is responsible for implementing Goshen’s content in the community, via training, creating platforms for application, making the information and knowledge accessible, and more. She is also responsible for developing the pediatrician’s learning and initiating community that will serve as a network of agents of change that actively promote Goshen’s vision and implement it in the field, to promote the health and well-being of children in Israel. Also, Simchi is responsible for mapping and recruiting relevant partners from the government, third-sector organizations, civil society organizations, local authorities and HMOs and getting them on board to promote and implement the organization’s vision.
Maya is a specialist developmental psychologist with a PhD from the Department of Psychology at the Hebrew University. Her doctoral research focused on the social and communicative development of prematurely born infants. She completed two years of post-doctoral research in Melbourne, where she worked at the Centre for Community Child Health under Professor Frank Oberklaid and at the Autism Centre at La Trobe University under Professor Cheryl Dissanayake. Her main focus in both institutions was research-based interventions aimed at working with parents and professionals to improve the development and well-being of young children. Maya is also a research fellow at the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne. As the head of the Tipat Halav field at Goshen, Maya leads the Shalem program, which promotes positive parenting partnerships. The goal of the program is to implement a model of optimal collaboration with parents through concepts, tools, and skills. Maya oversees the professional aspects of the program, including development, training, guidance, implementation, and policy advocacy.
Leader of research and development in the field of child abuse and neglect prevention. A therapist using the integrative method and an art therapist, earned his doctorate from the University of Surrey in Britain. Has many years of experience managing support, prevention and treatment systems for children and youth at risk and with complex needs. During his stay in Britian he founded and led multi-dimensional intervention programs in the field of child protection, both in the personal range as well as the virtual space, and gained extensive experience in realizing models for intervening in times of crisis and suicide prevention.
A kindergarten teacher and kindergarten teacher instructor, had a PhD in early childhood studies from the School of Social Work at the Hebrew University. Her doctoral thesis researched play interactions that kindergarten teachers and mothers have with children on the autistic spectrum and those with normal development. After completing her PhD she travelled to New York for a few years, to complete her post-doctorate in the New School’s department of Psychology, guided Prof. Miriam and Howard Steele. As part of the training Dr. Pinchover partook in the research supported group intervention program, aimed to promote healthy communications within at-risk families. As a research manager Dr. Pinchover is responsible for several researches that accompany Goshen’s activity.
Upon joining the organization as its accountant, Chagi led a change in this field by upgrading the financial system and answering the organization’s developing needs in all its areas of activity, for example: answering the needs of the growing number of employees, enlarging the organization’s turnover, and more. Chagi is qualified by the Income Tax Commissioner, lectures about bookkeeping and salary accounting, and has been a certified tax advisor for 26 years.
Noa works as a content developer in the development and planning department. She has been working in the field of learning for about a decade. She believes that studying needs to connect to the student’s world and that this is the only way for it to be affective. To get to know worlds, Noa tries to ask as many questions as possible and to reach the service user’s optimal characterization. Defining goals correctly leads to cracking and developing relevant and helpful studying products.
Tamar works as a content developer in the development and planning department. She comes from the worlds of education, learning and technology and specializes in building educational programs and executing them. Tamar has vast experience in organizational learning in the social, business and technological sectors. Tamar believes that keeping an open mind in regards to learning new skills and knowledge is key to development.
Natali works as a content developer in the field of development and planning. Comes from the worlds of training in the business sector and digital marketing. Has experience in storytelling, building kashrut and skills of standing in front of an audience. She believes that anyone, at any stage, can learn, and most importantly - to arouse the curiosity in the learners.
Dana designs the materials used for promotion and instruction, the presentations, the study kits and all the printed and digital materials, and is an integral part of the content development team. Dana has experience and knowledge translating written content into visual content and adjusting the graphic language to the content.
Shani brings experience in project management across various fields, along with in-depth knowledge of evaluation, with extensive experience in both research and operational aspects. As the project manager of the Shalem program in the Tipat Halav field, she is responsible for managing the project with partners and internal organization, overseeing the ongoing management of various activity channels and management forums, developing work plans, and managing the budget in alignment with evaluation activities for continuous learning and improvement.
Achinoam coordinates the 'Tiponet Horim' initiative (Zoom meetings for parents led by Tipat Halav nurses), working with the facilitating nurses, management team, and parents, as well as maintaining the website. She also supports the ongoing logistical operations of the Shalem program, including training sessions and various events.
Shira is a registered nurse, parent instructor, and sleep consultant with a master's degree in family studies. She is the former head of the neonatal unit at Tel HaShomer. Shira is the professional director of 'Tiponet Horim,' where she is responsible for the professional content, training, and guidance of the nursing staff in conducting virtual parent meetings. Additionally, she is a facilitator in the Shalem program team, training nurses in the program's content, leading supervision meetings, and professionally managing the Shalem training within the advanced public health and lactation consulting course.
Developmental communication clinician. As part of her position at Goshen, Esther Menacheh works as a facilitator in the field of Tipat Halav, and accompanies nurses who have undergone training of the SLM program, in which she guides and assists in the 'Language and Literacy' project. Alongside this, Esther also works in the operations department.
Occupational therapist and moderator. Got her bachelors in occupational therapy from the Hebrew University, and her masters from the interdisciplinary program for child development at the Haifa University. In addition to her role in the organization, Orna works as a professional coordinator for Ezer MeTzion's 'Active Playground’ program, and as the program coordinator for the ‘Place to Grow’ program in Maalot Tarshiha. For several years she worked in the child development center at the Ziv hospital in Safed and in programs for locating and dropout prevention for at-risk youth. Orna specializes in working with families and children on the autistic spectrum. Orna is a facilitator in the Shalem program team. She trains nurses in the program's content, leads supervision meetings, accompanies the home visit teams of Tipat Halav, and is involved in developing content for the Shalem program.
Miriam is a speech therapist with a master's degree in early childhood studies (Schwartz program). She works as the head of evaluation and data in the Tipat Halav field, coordinating all the evaluation activities of the program with the external research team, program management, and field staff. She is responsible for data collection, processing, and report generation to enhance the program's operations and to implement data-driven work practices across all activity channels.
A speech therapist, has an M.A. in Early Childhood Studies from the Hebrew University. Has experience in the field of child development, especially ages birth to three years. While working in her own clinic, she initiated and led various projects for early detection and guidance that promotes health in public services. Believes that "it takes a village to raise a child", and that that's the way a child's development should be viewed, in the natural environmental context in which the child was raised. As part of her role in the organization, Inbal developed intervention programs in the field of language and literacy that focus on young ages, as part of the PBP program that accompanies Tipat Halav's activities in Israel.
Shahar is a social worker with experience in organizing and executing projects for non-profit organizations. As part of her role, she coordinates the operational and administrative support for the various program activities, including language and literacy programs, parental welfare, emergency initiatives, and more.
A clinical psychologist, with training in clinical child psychology, and rich experience in treating and diagnosing at-risk children and teens. Works in the children and adolescent psychology department at Hadassah Ein Karem, in a private clinic, and in an organization specializing in providing treatment to the ultra-orthodox community. Has diverse experience in research - in quantitative and qualitative research, and in accompanying development, content and instruction processes in her work as a psychometric instructor. As an employee in the research and assessment department, she brings with her the experience in research from the academy and the theraputic experince from the field.
As the manager of the ‘Parenting in my Language’ project, Liat is responsible for developing culturally sensitive content and distributing it to parents through the various medias that they use to acquire knowledge. This includes - recognizing and characterizing cultural markers in acquiring knowledge and in cultivating child health and welfare in various cultures in Israel, developing and establishing partnerships with consultants and organizations that work with parents in various populations adjusting and developing knowledge and tools for parents based on cultural difference, and managing knowledge distribution arrays.
Has a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Bar Ilan University. Dasi performed her dynamic practicum at the Danielly Clinic for community service at Bar Ilan, and treated patients for a year in Clalit's Be'eri Clinic for mental health as part of her studies. Her thesis dealt with the results of treatment and personality disorders, guided by Dr. Yogev Kivity in the Laboratory for Dynamic Processes at Bar Ilan. Dasi is a research assistant at Goshen, as part of the training for community doctors in the field children's mental health.
Social researcher, Specializes in marginalized populations and societal gaps in Israeli society. Hold a BA Economic and Social History and an MA in Sociology, both from thr University of Haifa. Among her research topics: wage gaps, employment and gender inequality, mental health, rights advocacy, and assistive technology. Taught quantitative and qualitative research methods. And has also dealt with the relationship between academia and the community. As part of her work at Goshen, Arielle coordinates the research for the training of pediatricians in mental health.
Pro. Eitan Kerem is Chairman of Pediatrics at Hadassah Ein Kerem and Hadassah Mount Scopus Medical Centers in Jerusalem, and a world-renowned leader in the treatment and research of pediatric respiratory diseases. Professor Kerem has led national and international multi-center clinical trials and is the author of over 170 papers in the field of pulmonology. He has been at the forefront of building bridges to peace through medicine, sharing his expertise with Palestinian colleagues and promoting professional exchanges between Palestinians and Israelis. Pro. Kerem initiated and established the Center for Children with Chronic Diseases at Hadassah Mt. Scopus Hospital that uniquely relates to physical and mental issues in the treatment process for both the child and family. He is a leader in promoting the rights and proper care of these children.
Pediatrician. Has a masters in public health form Ben Gurion University, an academic degree in health policy and management from John Hopkins University in the United States, and a certificate of directors and senior corporate officers from Tel Aviv University. Dr. Katz is an associate professor of pediatrics in the Maimonides University in Argentina and served as a senior lecturer at Nottingham University in England. For 49 years he combined community pediatrics with management in the health and education system. Served as the chairman of the Israeli pediatrics association and as the chairman of the Israel Ambulatory Pediatric Association. As the chairman of the European Pediatrics Association, he was selected to be the European representative in the International Pediatrics Association, IPA. He is the president of the Consensus in Paediatrics and Child Health Association, and held senior positions in the European Confederation of Primary Care Pediatricians, ECPCP and the International Society for Social Pediatrics & Child Health, ISSOP. In the past Dr. Katz served in senior roles in Clalit Health Services as the the director of the national pediatrics department, deputy director and manager of the risk management unit and the manager of the ambulatory pediatric unit at the Soroka medical center. He served as a regional health manager at Maccabi Health Services. Dr. Katz managed the mother and baby unit in the southern region at the Ministry of Health and serves as the chairman of the national steering committee regarding domestic violence, sexual abuse and the physically helpless at the Ministry of Health. Since 2019 he has been managing the national risk management and safety of treatment unit in the Meuhedet HMO. In 2016 he received a life achievement award in pediatrics from the Indian government, and in 2017 he received the Honorary Pediatrics Award on behalf of the IAPA. As president of Goshen, a role he fills on a voluntary basis, Dr. Katz is responsible for implementing the organization’s strategic plan and works together with the board of directors to implement the organization’s goals. He is responsible for recruiting new partners and for representing the organization opposite government, philanthropic and various local and international bodies.
Pediatrician. Completed his studies at the medical school in Jerusalem in 1982 and his pediatric residency at the Hadassah hospital in Tel Aviv in 1991. Founded the community pediatrics research network (IPROS) in 1995 and now serves as its director. Served as the president of the Israel Ambulatory Pediatric Association and now serves as the director of the Israeli Pediatric Association. Prof. Grosman has published over 80 articles in international professional journals and led various national policy committees that dealt with the following issues: ear infections, pneumonia in the community, urinary tract infections, obesity. He now serves as the scientific director of the European Society for Pediatric Research that belongs to the European Pediatric Academy.
Former professor of population health in Bar Ilan University's School of Medicine in the Galilee. Made Aliyah to Israel in 2012 from England, where she was a professor of pediatrics. Prof. Rudolf is a specialist in the fields of child nourishment, growth and development, and serves as an international authority in the field of child obesity. The HENRY (Health Exercise Nutrition for the Really Young) program that she formulated and is active in 54 districts in England, was also adopted by the Ministry of Health in Israel to be assimilated in Tipat Halav stations and local authorities across the country. She has many years of experience in medical education, has written 3 textbooks for students and doctors that have been translated into 10 languages and has managed the educator educating courses around the world. In light of her academic contributions, Prof. Rudolf was awarded the prestigious National Health Service award in England. She is the lead researcher in 22 fellowships and is responsible for the publication 82 articles in leading journals.
Specialist in the field of pediatrics and diagnosing and treating ADD. In the past she led the pediatric department at Maccabi Health Services. From 2012 through 2016 she served as the director of the primary medicine department at the Meuhedet HMO. Initiator and leader of the ‘Healthy Visit’ program. During 2016-20 served as the insurance department’s director at Meuhedet. From 2020 has been working as an independent pediatrician in the community and advises companies in the field of health.
An expert in developing innovative services in civil society and third sector. Started his professional path as a teacher and an educator in Dimona’s education system, including serving as a high-school principle in the city. Later he moved on to work in the local authority and specialized in planning and finances. Filled a number of key roles in local authorities and regional councils, including the CEO and treasurer for the city of Dimona and the director of the Dimona development fund, the treasurer for the Lachish regional council and the treasurer for the Savyon regional council. Meir was the CFO in the Rashi Foundation starting in 1999, and in 2003 was elected the deputy director. In 2018 he retired from the foundation. Today he advises non-profits and local authorities.
Darren was born and educated in Melbourne, Australia. As part of his studies he completed a bachelors in Law and Finance, and in 1994 he made Aliya to Israel with his wife and children. Darren is a partner in the Goldrock venture capital firm, where he advises to a selected group of families. During his 25 year career, Darren managed and was a partner in a number of boards of directors for several companies. As part of his volunteer work, Darren founded the ‘Limmud Modi’in’ organization and currently serves as a board member of the ‘Achvat David’ charity foundation and the ‘Tirat Yosef’ foundation.
Founder and director of the Center for Community Medicine at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, Australia. He is a co-group leader at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute which focuses on child health policy, equity and accessible information. A senior professor of pediatrics at the University of Melbourne. Prof. Oberklaid is a researcher, writer, lecturer and international advisor, and has written over 200 published medical articles about the different and various aspects in the field of pediatrics. For many years he served as the main editor of the Pediatrics and Child Health magazine and now serves in a number of editing committees for international professional magazines. He leads and has participated in many national committees regarding health, as well as specialist groups and advisory committees. He is especially interested in prevention and early intervention as well as in utilizing research findings for policy setting and providing public services. His clinical and research training is in the field of child development and behavior and this is what his work as a specializing pediatrician focuses on.
Prof. Urkin is a Tipat Halav doctor in the Eshkol Regional Council’s Kibbutzim, and the director of pediatrics in the community health unit in the Faculty of Health Sciences in Be’er Sheva. Managed the child health center and Clalit Helath services in Ofakim, and the mother and baby track in the MPH program at Ben Gurion Univesity and is currently an instructor in the program. Prof. Urkin is a senior director in the pediatrics unit at the Soroka medical center.
CEO of the Haruv Institute. Dean of Paul Baerwald School of Social Work and Social Welfare at the Hebrew University. Between 2007-2011 headed the Schwartz Program. For over 20 years he served as the director and editor of the ‘Statistical Yearbook: Children in Israel’ and as the deputy director of the National Council for the Child. He initiated and managed the multi-national project 'Measurement and monitoring of the State of Children' and was one of the founders of the ‘International Society for Child Indicators’ (ISCI) and in 2005 was elected its first director. Prof. Ben Arieh is one of the leading international specialists in the field of social indicators, especially in regards to child welfare. He wrote extensively and published articles about the politics of social policy and child welfare in Israel and about indicators for child welfare and their measurement. Prof. Ben Arieh is the founder and editor in-chief of the 'CIR- Child Indicators Research' journal and of the 'Children Well-being: Research and Indicators' book series, published by Springer publishing house publications.
An activist and supporter in the field on community pediatrics. One of the founders of the school of medicine at Ben Gurion University, and the founder of the first model of community pediatric clinics with an academic connection in the town of Ofakim, which served as an important learning clinic for students and residents. One of the founders of the child development institute in the Soroka medical center. Specialized in behavioral-developmental pediatrics in the Boston medical center, under Prof. Barry Zuckerman, the leading professional in this field in the United States. He served as the national director of the pediatrics department for Maccabi Health services. Was the first in the country to document the need to expand the pediatricians role, in an article that showed the need for additional training for pediatricians in Israel. One of the main reasons for Goshen's founding and continues to accompany the organization as a board member, a lecturer and a researcher.
A pediatrics specialist and a pediatrician in Maccabi Health Services. Retired from the Medical Corps: In his last roles served as an Divisional Medical Officer in the Airforce and head of the NBC (nuclear, biologic, chemical) medicine branch. Has a masters in Health Systems Management. Heads the field of pediatrics in Maccabi Health Services' management, Dr. Azoulay believes in promoting community medicine and developing medical services in the periphery.
Director of the system development department in Leumit’s medical unit. Pediatrics specialist and has a masters in health systems management, a graduate of the Ministry of Health’s certification course for diagnosing and treating ADD, a member of the national committee for child health and pediatrics and the public health committee, Leumit Health Service’s representative in the national steering committee for quality indicators in the community. A clinical guide and lecturer at the School of Continuing Medical Education in the Sackler Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University. As part of his role at Leumit Health Services, Dr. Dusanitzky coordinates the child development, autistic spectrum and ADD fields, and serves as the practicing coordinator of the pediatrics field in the HMO, is active in overall policy setting in the field of pediatrics, promotes technological innovation in medicine, coordinates the field of pediatrics in the family health residency department. Is active in the formal and practical promotion of community pediatrics and raising the prestige of this field of medicine in the Israeli Pediatric Association. A board member in the Israel Ambulatory Pediatric Association, IAPA. Is a member and an active volunteer in ‘Mida’at - science and information for the public for family health and promoting vaccinations'.
Pediatrician. Completed her medical studies at Tel Aviv University in 2000 and her residency at the Wolfson medical center in 2006. She served as the medical manager in Meuhedet HMO for the Sharon and center regions, and for the past four years has served as the pediatrics field director in the HMO. Has a masters in health systems management from the academic college in Ramat Gan. Dr. Vechsler is a board member for the Israel Ambulatory Pediatric Association, a member of the pediatricians association and an alumna of Maoz and the Ministry of Health’s ‘Inbar‘ program. Throughout her career she has also worked as a pediatrician in a clinic.
Completed his pediatric residency at the Maimonides Children's Hospital in Brooklyn. In the past served as a pediatric assistant clinical professor at New Jersey state's medical school, and as an assistant lecturer at the Medical School at the Technion. Lectures and guides pediatric residents. Dr. Reingold works as a community pediatrician, specializes in ADD and is a medical director at the Meuhedet HMO. He is the chief mother and baby doctor in Jerusalem’s public health department that runs the Tipat Halav service in the city. Dr. Reingold works to promote multi-staff and preventive pediatrics in the community. He is a member of the Pediatrics Association and a board member in the Israel Ambulatory Pediatric Association (IAPA), editor of the IAPA’s ‘Pediton’ journal and their representative in Goshen.
Specializes in developing services for at-risk children and has 20 years of experience, especially in services for newborns. Has rich experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment and opposite different government and municipal bodies; managing change processes; designing and managing evaluation, control and supervision processes; leading complex programs, projects and strategic planning. Currently manages the early childhood field at the Rashi Foundation.
Ron is a well known businessman from Melbourne, Australia, graduated with a degree in law and commerce from the University of Melbourne, manager of Momentum Ventures Ltd, one of the first venture capitol funds in Australia, a leading member of the Jewish community in Australia, president and chairman of many community organizations, and since 2003 serves as the president of Hadassah Australia. Ron was a partner in Goshen’s founding in 2010. In 2012 he founded AUSIMED, Australia-Israel Medical Research Collaborations, to promote collaborations in medical research between Australia and Israel. In 2013 he founded Project Rozana, which promotes tolerant discourse between Israelis and Palestinians through health. In 2018 Ron was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in appreciation of his community service and achievements.
